But it’s also backed by structure, intention, and a business that takes your transformation seriously. This isn’t just my passion. It’s my profession. Cancellation Policy
Retreat – Cancellation Terms & Conditions Through Her Eyes Mother–Daughter Retreat Thank you for choosing to join us for this transformational experience. Please read these policies carefully, as they protect both you as a participant and us as your hosts. Registration & Deposit • A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. • This deposit is applied toward your total retreat balance. • Registration is not complete until the deposit is paid. Payment Schedule • The remaining balance is due in full 30 days before the retreat start date. • Any payment made within 30 days of the retreat becomes fully non-refundable, regardless of circumstance. • All payments must be made on schedule to maintain your reservation. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Participant-Initiated) Refunds are calculated based on the number of days before the retreat start date: 91+ Days Before Retreat • Refund of all payments minus the $500 non-refundable deposit. 90–60 Days Before Retreat • 50% refund of payments made (deposit remains non-refundable). 59–31 Days Before Retreat • 35% refund of payments made (deposit remains non-refundable). 0–30 Days Before Retreat • No refunds of any kind. • All payments, including the remaining balance, are forfeited for cancellations within this window. Transfer Policy • No transfers are permitted. • Registrations cannot be moved to another retreat date or transferred to another individual. Travel Insurance Requirement Because life can be unpredictable, travel insurance is required for all participants. Participants must: • Purchase travel protection within 7 days of registering • Provide proof of coverage within the same 7-day window Your policy should include: • Trip cancellation/interruption • Medical emergencies • Travel delays • Lost or stolen baggage • Personal emergencies *Airfare, insurance premiums, and personal expenses are not refundable by the retreat hosts.* Retreat Cancellation by Host If the retreat must be canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances: • You will receive a full refund of all retreat payments made directly to us. • Airfare, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not refundable and must be protected through your personal travel insurance policy Acknowledgment of Terms Submitting payment and completing registration, you confirm you: • Agree to the $500 non-refundable deposit and payment terms • Understand the refund schedule listed above • Agree to purchase required insurance
