When you took that role what did your job description say?

Marketing & Sales Director

Chief Financial Officer / Finance Director

Reality: Balances numbers that don't always balance, delivers difficult financial truths, makes decisions that affect livelihoods, and carries the pressure of protecting the organization's future while everyone else is focused on today.
Funny how job descriptions list responsibilities...
But they never mention:
The sleepless nights.
The difficult conversations.
The weight of someone else's paycheck.
Missing family dinners.
Carrying the emotional load of an entire team.
Making decisions no one else wants to make.
Leadership isn't in the job description.
It's everything that happens after you accept it.
Leadership isn't for sissies. It Carries a lot of weight outside of everything in that application. You are invited to join The Hidden weight of Leadership- The Mastermind Series, Leaders behind the Leaders... Part 2 - Monday 10:30 am EST Register here - https://forms.gle/qEzpgpQMM9w4Udiz5
