You'll do deep transformation work through coaching, narrative journaling, and breakthrough ceremonies—and you'll leave with a personalized action plan to let go of or manage what's draining you. Plus, you'll have ongoing accountability and post-retreat support to make sure the changes stick.

If you're the one everyone depends on, if you've sacrificed pieces of yourself for your work or your family, and if you're ready to reclaim your identity and energy—this is for you.

What if I'm not in healthcare? Can I still attend?

Absolutely. While the retreat is designed with healthcare professionals and caregivers in mind, any high-achieving woman who feels burnt out, stuck, or ready for transformation is welcome. If the retreat description resonates with you, you're in the right place.

Is this retreat religious or spiritual?

The retreat includes spiritual practices like the Temazcal ceremony (a sacred indigenous ritual), sound healing, and intention-setting ceremonies. These are rooted in ancient wisdom and designed to support deep healing and transformation. You don't need to identify with any specific belief system to participate.

What's included in the retreat price?

Your investment includes: all activities, ceremonies, and excursions; brunch and dinner daily, plus snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments; airport transfers to/from Cancun International Airport; accommodations for 4 nights in the Tulum jungle; one-on-one and group coaching sessions; all materials (journals, workbooks, etc.); tower climb and champagne toast at sunset; opening and closing ceremonies; and ongoing post-retreat support and accountability.

What's NOT included?

Flights to/from Cancun, smoothie/coffee bar purchases, alcohol beyond what's provided, spa services, personal expenses, and travel insurance. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Where do I fly into?

Accepted Answer

Fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). Airport transfers to the retreat property are included. We'll provide detailed arrival instructions and coordinate pick-up times once you're booked.

Do I need a passport?

Accepted Answer

Yes. U.S. citizens need a valid passport to travel to Mexico. Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.

I don't know anyone going. Should I come alone?

You're walking into a group of women who get it—who know what it's like to be the one everyone depends on. The women who come alone often have the most transformative experience. Within hours, you'll feel like you've known these women for years.

What should I pack?

We'll send you a detailed packing list once you're booked, but here are the essentials: comfortable clothing for yoga, movement, and adventure activities; swimsuit; sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses; closed-toe shoes for hiking and sandals for casual wear; journal and pen; any personal medications or supplements; and an open heart and willingness to transform.

What's the physical activity level?

This retreat includes moderate physical activity—sunrise yoga, snorkeling, a cultural scavenger hunt, swimming in cenotes, and a tower climb. You don't need to be an athlete, but you should be comfortable with light to moderate movement. We will also be going into hot and cold environments, heights, and water. Person must be in good health to participate.

I'm nervous about the activities, What should I expect?

That’s completely normal—and honestly, most women feel this way before they arrive.
Here’s what to expect in real terms:
This retreat includes a mix of gentle wellness practices and light physical adventure, all designed to help you reconnect with yourself—not push you to extremes.
You’ll experience:
 • A private catamaran yacht excursion with time to relax, swim, float, snorkel and enjoy the ocean
 • Swimming in an open cenote —calm, grounded, and unforgettable
 • A guided visit to Tulum for culture, connection, and exploration
 • Meditation and forest bathing in the jungle (slow, intentional, and grounding)
 • Sound healing inside a cenote, focused on deep rest and nervous system reset
 • A symbolic tower climb in the jungle followed by a celebratory toast—done at your own pace
 • An opening cacao ceremony and a fire ceremony to mark release, intention, and transformation
 • and more possible but ensuring we have time for personal rest
This retreat is designed for generally healthy individuals who are comfortable with:
 • Walking on uneven ground
 • Climbing stairs or a tower
 • Standing, sitting, and moving between activities
You don’t need to be “fit,” fearless, or adventurous by nature. You do need to be open, willing, and able to move your body safely.
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. Support and guidance are provided throughout—but participation does require personal responsibility for your physical readiness.
If something makes you nervous, that’s often where growth lives. And you’ll never be doing it alone.

We can accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergies. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can coordinate with our culinary team. We want you to feel nourished and cared for throughout the retreat. At this location we have a culinary master and team on site to make the food magic happen.

The OFF DUTY Retreat starts at $4,499 per person for shared accommodations or $5,499 for a private suite. This includes everything listed in the "What's Included" section. Payment plans are available to make the investment more accessible.
