Drop ----- and Roll.
If you are in same gen era as myself then you know what to do when you catch on fire. We were trained for this. Fortunately for most of us we have Hopefully never needed that advise.
What does this have to do with you? Well I did not create OFF DUTY because leaders are weak.
I created it because leaders have been taught to stay on fire. 🔥
Every promotion adds responsibility. 🔥
Every budget cut adds pressure. 🔥
Every staffing crisis adds weight. 🔥
Every "quick question" steals attention.🔥
And the response is always:
Work harder.
Stay later.
Push through.
Figure it out.
Be resilient.
But eventually resilience becomes another word for suffering. 🔥
That's where my realization came in:
The problem wasn't the leaders. The problem was that nobody ever taught leaders when to stop.
STOP RUNNING AROUND ON FIRE

OFF DUTY: Stop. Drop. Roll.
STOP
Stop the constant interruptions.
Stop reacting.
Stop carrying everyone else's emergencies.
Stop believing your value comes from being available 24/7.
DROP
Drop the title.
Drop the expectations.
Drop the mask.
Drop the pressure to have all the answers.
ROLL
Roll into clarity.
Roll into boundaries.
Roll into community.
Roll into a sustainable way of leading.
That's why it's not just a retreat.
Off Duty is a leadership model.
SO to reiterate why I created this program
I created it because too many incredible leaders are on fire 🔥 . They're exhausted. They're overwhelmed. They're carrying more than anyone realizes. And the world keeps telling them to run faster. But when a person is on fire, they don't run. They stop. They drop. They roll. OFF DUTY is simply teaching leaders to do the same.
It's bigger than a retreat. It the philosophy behind everything I am building.
When a person is on fire, they don't keep running. They don't work harder. They don't push through. They don't tell themselves they'll deal with it next time. They stop. They drop. They roll. Because they know the longer they stay on fire, the more damage is done.
OFF DUTY is the leadership equivalent of stop, drop, and roll. The Off Duty Retreat and Platform was built just for that leader.
Put out the fire August 14-18th with other leaders experiencing the same pressures.
