Cancellation Policy

Through Her Eyes Retreat – Cancellation Terms & Conditions Thank you for choosing to join the Through Her Eyes Mother-Daughter Retreat. We are honored to hold space for your journey and want to be fully transparent about the policies that protect both you, as a participant, and us, as your hosts. Payment Policy All payments made toward the retreat are non-refundable. Your registration is not considered complete until full payment is received. Travel Protection Requirement Because life is unpredictable, travel protection is required for all participants. This ensures that in the event of unforeseen circumstances—such as illness, family emergencies, or travel disruptions—you are covered for your investment. A link to purchase approved travel protection will be provided at the time of registration. Proof of travel protection must be submitted within 14 days of booking. Transfer of Registration If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another eligible participant with written notice to us at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date. Any transfers are subject to approval and must be coordinated directly with retreat organizers. Retreat Cancellation by Host In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by the organizers due to circumstances beyond our control: You will receive a full refund of all payments made to us for the retreat portion. Please note: airfare, travel insurance, and other personal expenses are not refundable and should be protected through your travel insurance policy.
